Diederik Gelderman BVSc, MVS graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in 1977.
He established Greenhills Veterinary Hospital in 1990 and transformed it from a struggling 1 man practice into a burgeoning regional Veterinary Hospital servicing the wider Hunter Valley.
This business won many Australian Veterinary as well as non-Veterinary (customer service) awards from 1996 till 2005.
He began coaching veterinary professionals with his Turbo Charge Your Veterinary Practice seminar, in 2004, to a small group of associates. Rapidly, these events became key opportunities on the Australian Veterinary calendar.
In 2009, the seminars expanding internationally to Hong Kong, New Zealand, Europe and the US. In July Diederik had the opportunity to sell his beloved practice in order to be able to move to the Southern Highland to be with Jennifer (his partner) and also to concentrate full-time on his passion of helping Veterinary Practices achieve excellence as – Businesses!.
Now, completely free of needing to work in a daily hospital again, Dr. Gelderman is putting his time-proven strategies into practice and coaching veterinary professionals throughout the world to achieve similar results. However, the ‘call’ of and passion for hands-on clinical practice is still so great that Diederik spends about 2 days every 2-3 weeks doing clinical work.
Since establishing his worldwide reputation as a coach to Veterinarians wanting to improve their profitability, Dr. Gelderman has coached and consulted with more than 350 Small to Medium Enterprises in a diverse range of industries.
Dr. Gelderman is a sought after Results Coach by vets. He is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and has dedicated his time to learning from some of the very best teachers and leaders on the planet.
